Name: Baked beef brisket Ready in: 3 to 4 hours Servings: 10-12 Ingredients: 4 pounds beef brisket 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 pkg. dry onions soup mix 2 tbs celery seed 1 tbs garlic salt Directions: *Time indications are approximatives, always make sure the meat is fully cooked before serving. 1. Preheat the oven at 325 ºF. 2. Place the beef brisket in a baking dish. 3. In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, tomato sauce, dry onions mix, garlic salt and celery seeds. 4. Pour on top of the brisket. Cover the baking dish with foil. 5. Bake for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
