Name: Beef vegetable soup Ready in: 2 hours Servings: 8-10 Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground beef (cubed) 1 pkg. frozen vegetables 2 diced onions 2 can diced tomatoes with juice 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup onion soup mix 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 3 cups water Salt and pepper Directions: 1. In a large pot, combine beef, onions, tomatoes, celery, onion soup, water and the Worcestershire sauce. 2. Cover and simmer for 1 hours. 3. Add frozen vegetables, cover and simmer for 1 more hour. 4. Make sure the beef is ready (depending on the size of the cubes). |
