Name: Crock pot beef brisket
Ready in: 3 to 4 hours
Servings: 10-12


Ingredients:
 4 pounds beef brisket
 1 can cream of mushroom
 1 pkg. dry onions soup mix
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
*Time indications are approximatives, always make sure the meat is fully cooked before serving.
 1. Trim off and discard the fat.
 2. Place the bisket in crock pot.
 3. Add cream of mushrooms, dry onions soup mix, salt and pepper.
 4. Add water until the beef is covered.
 5. Cook on low overnight. (8-10 hours).
