Name: Mushroom beef tenderloin Ready in: 2 1/2 hours Servings: 6-8 Ingredients: 3-4 pounds beef tenderloin 3 tbs. olive oil 1/4 cup flour 2 cups beef broth 2 cups mushrooms 1 cup water salt and pepper Directions: *Time indications are approximatives, always make sure the meat is fully cooked before serving. 1. Preheat the oven at 500 ºF. 2. Rub tenderloin and olive oil. Add salt and pepper. 3. Cook for 30 minutes. Meanwhile 4. In a large skillet heat up some olive oil. Add the flour and heat for 4 minutes. 5. Add the beef broth and mushrooms. 6. Reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes. 7. Remove the beef from oven and let it sit for 10 minutes. 8. Add the skillet mix. |
