Name: Pepper beef tenderloin Ready in: 2 1/2 hours Servings: 4-6 Ingredients: 2 pounds beef tenderloin 10 black peppercorn (grounded) 2 tbs. tamari 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. paprika 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp. salt Directions: *Time indications are approximatives, always make sure the meat is fully cooked before serving. 1. Preheat the oven at 325 ºF. 1. In a bowl, combine peppercorn, oregano, paprika, garlic. 2. Rub into tenderloin. 3. Place in a roasting pan. Add tamari. 4. Cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hour. |
