Ingredients:
4 sirloin steaks
1 ounce steak seasoning
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine steak seasoning and minced garlic. Sprinkle on steaks.
2. In a large skillet, at medium temperature, melt the butter.
3. Add meat and cover.
4. Cook 6-7 minutes on each side. (or until ready)
5. Add the prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
