Name: Taco beef stew Ready in: 2 hours Servings: 6-8 Ingredients: 2 lb. lean ground beef (cubed) 2 cans red kidney beans 1 packet taco seasoning 1 can tomato sauce 1 can diced tomatoes 1/2 can green chiles 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 beef boilon cube 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper Directions: 1. Roll the beef cubes in taco seasoning. 2. In crockpot, add beef cubes, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, green chiles, onions and beef boilon. 3. Cover and cook overnight (7-8 hours) 4. When ready, add the kidney beans and cook for 30 minutes. 5. Add shredded cheese when serving. |
