Name: Taco beef stew
Ready in: 2 hours
Servings: 6-8


Ingredients:
 2 lb. lean ground beef (cubed)
 2 cans red kidney beans
 1 packet taco seasoning
 1 can tomato sauce
 1 can diced tomatoes
 1/2 can green chiles
 1/2 cup chopped onions
 1 beef boilon cube
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 Salt and pepper

Directions:
*Time indications are approximatives, always make sure the meat is fully cooked before serving.
 1. Roll the beef cubes in taco seasoning.
 2. In crockpot, add beef cubes, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, green chiles, onions      and beef boilon.
 3. Cover and cook overnight (7-8 hours)
 4. When ready, add the kidney beans and cook for 30 minutes.
 5. Add shredded cheese when serving.
