Name: Vegetable beef stew
Ready in: 2 1/2 hours
Servings: 6-8


Ingredients:
 1 pound ground beef
 1 can beef broth
 1 cup chopped onions
 3 cups diced potatoes
 2 cups diced carrots
 1 cup diced celery
 2 tbs. flour
 3 tbs. oil
 1 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon pepper
 water

Directions:
*Time indications are approximatives, always make sure the meat is fully cooked before serving.
 1. In a large pot, combine beef, potatoes, onions and salt.
 2. Cook for 15 minutes or until meat is browned.
 3. Add beef broth and water, until 1 inch above beef.
 4. Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
 5. Add carrots and celery. Cover, cook for 20 minutes.
 6. Add flour, salt and pepper.
